Last night I attended an event at "The Store"=The Nikki Laura boutique. It was an event to celebrate Breast Cancer Month, so 20% of the shopping proceeds went to the Susan B. Komen Cure for Cancer Foundation. In other words, it was an excuse to drink and shop...something that I'm never opposed to...and actually something I am quite fond of.
There was also a silent auction, which if I'm around...ain't gonna be that silent. I proceeded to let everyone know that I was bidding on the new Genetic "boyfriend" jeans and they better not outbid me. Fast-forwarding the story: I won my auction with no opposing bids and then realized, that's soo not right because this was for charity! haha...but I'm gonna look soo amazing in those jeans!
